Required documents to open bank account
The applicant submits the following documents to the credit financial
institution to open a bank account:
- a copy of the document issued by the tax authority - Certificate of
State Registration, Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities,
Information Certificate, Notification of the assignment of Taxpayer
Identification Number.
If a bank account is opened for a branch or representative office - a
power of attorney of the parent organization issued in the name of the
head;
- Samples of signatures and seal card in two copies, together with
documents proving the identity of persons entitled to the first and, if
provided, the second signature.
